At Born in Aruba, every item is made to order. This allows us to bring you original, high-quality designs shot straight from Aruba’s coastline, printed just for you.
Made-to-Order Items
Because each product is printed specifically for your order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection or change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [support email] with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll work with you to send a replacement or issue a refund.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, reach out to us and we’ll help track it down or file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
Order Cancellations
Since production begins shortly after an order is placed, we can only cancel or modify an order within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change
